Bosses and employees on offer suggestions about what constitutes sexual harassment

The recommendation includes types of how sexual harassment can occur at the office for example:

  • Written or verbal comments of the sexual nature for example remarks in regards to a colleague’s appearance, questions regarding their sex existence or offensive jokes
  • Displaying pornographic or explicit images
  • Delivering or forwarding on emails which contains content of the sexual nature
  • Undesirable physical contact and touching and sexual assault.
